Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities:
1.Actively lead strategic sourcing process improvement, cost reduction and supply chain issue resolution.
2.Initiate and involve in making purchase decision.

3.Keep the businesses and function informed of market conditions, supplier, lead times and change in pricing for strategic global 

commodity material and service.
4.Evaluate the capabilities of the current suppliers.
5.Develop purchasing team overall competencies according to business needs. keeping up to date with developments in training

by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree.
2.3-5 years strategic purchasing activity with lead responsibility for supplier investigation, qualification, negotiation, supplier management.
3.Fluent written and oral English.
4.Technical sourcing or engineering experience preferred.
5.Good knowledge of contracts and purchasing terms and condition.
6.Ability to manage varied and demanding workload across multiple businesses and time zones.
